    Client completes the contact form and tells us which space(s) they want organized (kitchen, closet, pantry, playroom, etc.) and any priorities or pain points.

  1. Quick Discovery Call
    10–15 minute phone/video chat to confirm scope, discuss lifestyle/use, and decide whether it’s a single-room refresh or a multi-room project. (This helps us prepare the right plan.)

  2. Space Assessment
    We review photos (or visit in person, if requested) to understand layout, storage, and what’s working vs. what’s not.

  3. Personalized Plan + Design Board
    We create a tailored plan and a visual design board showing the intended layout, storage solutions, and recommended bins/containers so you can see the look + function before we buy anything.

  4. Product Curation & Ordering
    Once the plan is approved, we curate a complete shopping list with shoppable links and can place orders on your behalf for a seamless experience.

  5. Delivery Coordination
    We track incoming items and schedule the organizing day(s) so everything arrives before we begin the transformation.

  6. Declutter Session
    We remove and sort items into keep / donate / recycle / trash piles — respectful, efficient, and nonjudgmental. Client decisions guide what stays.

  7. Install & Organize
    We set up bins, drawer systems, shelving solutions, and style functional zones so everything has a home and is easy to maintain.

  8. Styling + Finishing Touches
    Add soft styling touches (labels, folded linens, curated displays) so the space feels peaceful and intentional — not just organized.

  9. Walk-through & Care Tips
    We walk you through the finished space, give practical maintenance tips, and leave any product links or receipts for your records.

  10. Follow-up
    A quick check-in (via message or photo review) to make sure the system is working for you and tweak anything if needed.
